How to manufacture watches
Watch design or concept:
- If you already have a design or concept, simply share your design files or sketches with our sales team, or tell us your watch idea. Our experienced OEM & ODM team will evaluate the feasibility of your design and help optimize costs by selecting the most suitable components within your budget.
- Our design team stays on top of market trends and provides practical, brand-focused solutions to turn your ideas into commercially viable watch designs.
- For customers with a limited budget, you may choose an existing model from our watch collection and send us your logo. Our designers will prepare a 2D visual with your branding. You can also customize details such as case color, dial design, hands, and strap to better match your brand identity.
Watch Drawing:
Once the watch design is finalized, our engineering team will create detailed engineering drawings using CAD and other professional software for your review and reference. Our engineers carefully optimize the watch structure and component selection to achieve your design goals while keeping production costs under control.

OEM and ODM watches mass production
- Once the watch samples are approved, or if only minor adjustments are required, we will implement the revisions before proceeding to mass production.
- Bulk production will begin after the 30% deposit is received.
- All watch components are manufactured strictly according to the approved engineering drawings. After production, each component undergoes inspection before entering the assembly process to ensure that no defective parts are used.
- Following component inspection, a small-scale trial assembly is carried out to verify proper fit, water resistance, reliability, and overall performance.
- After trial assembly approval, we conduct comprehensive appearance and functional inspections on both semi-finished and finished watches throughout mass production. These tests cover not only basic functions such as hours, minutes, seconds, and date/week display, but also advanced functions including chronograph, moon phase, dual time, GMT, and more.
- Throughout the production process, we will keep you updated with photos and videos. We value transparent communication and understand the importance of reliable, on-time delivery, maintaining close contact with our customers at every stage of production.
