We provide a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Our after-sales team will support you with replacement parts or solutions if any quality issues occur.
Can I modify an existing watch model or create a custom design?
Yes. You can customize existing models or develop a fully custom watch, including case, dial, hands, movement, strap, and packaging, depending on your budget and order quantity.
What is the production and delivery time?
Sample production usually takes 7–15 days. Mass production takes around 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Shipping time varies by destination and method.
Where can I place my logo on the watch?
Your logo can be applied to the dial, case back, crown, buckle, strap, and packaging. Logo placement options depend on the watch design and production method.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term cooperation.
Do you provide watch packaging?
Yes. We offer a variety of packaging options, including watch boxes, instruction manuals, warranty cards, barcodes, and custom packaging solutions based on your brand needs.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support air shipping, sea freight, and express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Our team will recommend the most suitable shipping method based on your budget and delivery timeline.
